Due to Max’s inappropriate behaviour he was given a warning and had further customer service training. For consideration we are giving you a $50 voucher which you can spend in any department of our store.   1. Roswell’s work was written pretty well. However there were some things that were not placed properly. The written work itself was good, and the way it was written was good.

    Despite the written work being good, there were some things that could have been done better. Roswell did not have to add the date, time or address of where and when it was sent, because it would have already been in the email that the response was attached to. He also could’ve put the sentences separated instead of one whole paragraph.

    Other than that, the response was pretty good.
